Materials:
| Piece of paper and pencil | |
| One regular die |
Players:
| Two |
Procedure:
Draw a tic-tac-toe board. Players take turns rolling a die and placing the numbers thrown in one of the spaces. The purpose of the game is to get 3 numbers in a row, column, or diagonal line that equal 10.
Example:
first player rolls 3
second player rolls 1
first player rolls 2
second player rolls 5
The second player draws a line through the winning numbers and says, "Tic-tac-ten!" The winner places his/her initials by this board and gives her/himself a star. The loser draws the new board and rolls first in the next game.
Variation:
Players take turns writing a number from 0 to 9 in one of the spaces on the game board. You may only use each number once. The first player who makes a row that adds up to 10 is the winner.
