Monday – Geometry

An acute angle is:
  1. any angle that measures between 90° and 180°
  2. any angle that measures between 0° and 90°
  3. any angle with a measure of exactly 90°
  4. any angle that looks really pretty

 


 

Tuesday – Measurement

This is a picture of:
  1. a nickel
  2. a dime
  3. a quarter
  4. a fifty-cent piece

 


 

Wednesday – Statistics and Probability

A bar graph:

  1. is a graph that compares quantities.  The height or length of each bar represents a number.
  2. is a circle that represents the whole.  Each piece of the circle represents a number.
  3. is a way of dividing up candy bars.
  4. is not used anymore.

 


 

Thursday – Calculations and Estimations 

    A dividend is:
  1. the answer in a division problem. 
  2. the number, other than the remainder, that is the result of division.
  3. the number of equal groups or the number of items in each equal group. 
  4. the number being divided into equal groups.

 


 

Friday – Algebraic Relationships

A geometric pattern:

  1. would be 2, 4, 8, 16, 32…
  2. is when numbers in a sequence are formed by adding or subtracting by the same number to get the next number.
  3. is when numbers in a sequence are formed by multiplying by the same factor to get the next number.
  4. both “a” and “c” are correct.
