Due to high volume, it may take up to a week to process your registration.
Some courses (including all math and pass/no pass courses) are offered through another company. There may be a few additional days between when you are able to sign in to SK Online and when you will be able to sign in a second time on the other company's web site.
After your tuition is received (or if your tuition is waived) you will receive an e-mail which tells you how to access your course. If the semester has not yet begun, this e-mail will not be delivered until after it begins. Please note that Hotmail and Yahoo accounts often mistake e-mail from us (which is from "skoclass.org") as junk mail. If your confirmation e-mails do not appear in your Inbox on the first day of class, please check your junk or bulk mail folder.
For detailed information, please review our Registration Process.
Your user name to log in to SK Online courses is your first and last names and your 6-digit date of birth put together in one word, with no spaces and no capital letters.
Example: If Joe Garcia's birthdate is February 16, 1994, his user name would be "joegarcia021694."
You created your password when you registered, and a reminder was mailed to the e-mail address you listed on your registration. For many students, this is a Yahoo, Hotmail, AOL, STARS, or Comcast e-mail address. Please note that Hotmail and Yahoo accounts often mistake e-mail from us (which is from "skoclass.org") as junk mail. If your confirmation e-mails do not appear in your Inbox on the first day of class, please check your junk or bulk mail folder.
Your password must be entered exactly as shown in the e-mail. In some cases, passwords have been changed to student ID numbers. If your password doesn't work, try using your student ID number as the password.

Your user id and password for Apex Learning and/or STARS courses is the same as your user id and password for SK Online. In some cases, passwords have been changed to student ID numbers. If your password doesn't work, try using your student ID number as the password.
If you are using Internet Explorer 6.0 or later, it no longer comes with Java Virtual Machine, which is necessary to use Apex Learning. Download JavaVM here.
