Assessment 01.4 - The Longevity Game

Ever wonder ... ?

How old might you live based on your current lifestyle?

What are your risk/wellness factors?

To find out some answers, click here to play Northwestern Mutual Life's Longevity Game. Complete the survey that calculates the age you might live to be based on the wellness and risk behaviors in your life now. Your potential life expectancy is shown by the Age Tabulator.

After completing the Longevity Game answer these questions:

  1. What was the number that the Age Tabulator predicted you will live to?
  2. What are some unhealthy things in your life that you think lowered your age tabulator score? (This is asking what currently is actually going on in your life that hinders you from getting a 100.)
  3. What are the healthy things in your life that influence a higher score? (This is asking what currently is actually going on in your life.)
  4. Do these results seem reasonable to you? Why or why not? Do you want to (or plan to) do anything to raise the number? If so, what do you plan to do? If not, why not?
